Research conducted and published: Human Resources Management in Health Sector in Province of North Sumatra (2013), The Baby's Rights in Exclusive Breastfeeding By Family in Suburban Areas in Medan (2016), Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Kesehatan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Development of Human Resources (HR) for Health in Sumatra Province Utara) (2021), and in 2022 he is working on research entitled “Pengembangan community engagement dalam Germas sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Status Kesehatan Masyarakat di Desa Kutalimbaru Kabupaten Deli Serdang” (Development of community engagement in Germas as an Effort to Improve Community Health Status in Kutalimbaru Village, Deli Serdang Regency)."
